    Rapid loss of weight - Doing the Diet Again

    It's been some time since i have wrote anything about the HCG diet. Initially when i first did the diet I had managed to lose over 40 lbs and also have kept it off for more than annually. I still currently run Healthy Solutions inside my office to offer rapid loss of weight to assist improve your health. But during the last year there's been more research and articles with changes towards the diet. And so i never would advise any of my patients to stray from the original Dr. Simeons Protocol, however i desired to test this new research and find out if there are any complications with doing any one of it. So since I felt like I'd some more pounds to get rid of, I thought lets put them to some test.

    Putting on weight

    Funny thing is loading was a lot harder and never as enjoyable when i anticipated. At first, I felt sick from having to eat a couple of foods that my body system was no longer used to and I would fill faster than expected. I decided to begin the diet around the year like so many other people do for their New Years resolution. Well the initial few times of loading didn't go in addition to planned. And so i only increased 2 pounds for that loading phase.

    Starting HCG Diet- Quick Weight loss again

    I quickly started the quick weight loss program on Monday. My starting weight was 218.8 lbs. Today is Sunday and that i weighed in at 207.4 pounds. Not necessarily a bad start for my first week. Used to do have 2 days now where I had minimal to no weight reduction. The very first came around the second day of this diet where I only lost 0.4 lbs, but as much as this time I hadn't changed any of the protocol, however i had lost 4 pounds that first day. So a big begin weight loss will slow a bit to allow the body to trap up. The second time was yesterday. However I did get this amazing change in this diet protocol. I'd designed a French Onion Soup for lunch after which a Beef soup for dinner. I'd already had the French Onion Soup earlier in the week with no stall. In my opinion it revolved around with the idea to soups or the beef soup. I believe it had been the beef soup due to the spices I made use of. I used Season All which is allowed around the diet and contains salt, however i made the beef soup by having an Organic beef broth which also provides extensive salt. So I think the lack of weight loss last night was all the salt causing bloating.

    Diet Changes

    The primary diet changes I made this week (do not do this without doctor supervision and especially if it is the first time you do the diet. I haven't completed my research and may not tell you if the may cause any stalling in your rapid loss of weight):

    1. Made Kool-Aid using Stevia (No more than one glass each day)
    2. Using Bell Pepper as a vegetable in certain of my meals
    3. Using Poblano Pepper like a vegetable in some of my meals
    4. Mixed handful of Celery having a cup of Onion, in my French Onion Soup.
    5. Had home-made Salsa with one meal.
    6. Using Walden Farms Salad Dressing

    They are some of the various things I've done this first week around the HCG diet that aren't part of Dr. Simeons Original Protocol. As stated above, I only had two stalls this primary week, with the second being in the change in protocol. As I undergo i will continue to update yourself on my progress and also share most of the recipes I use with everyone.
